Yesterday was my son's 8th birthday. We had a great party. He got a new mountain bike. That didn't last too long. He t-boned a car about 7:45 last night. No broken bones thank god.
Was the car parked? Both my boys have ran into parked cars on their bikes- one ended up with stitches while the other was knocked out. We laugh now but it was no fun back then. Hope he kept his helmet on.
I was born and raised in montana. I moved out on my own when i was 16 to a different state and lived to tell about it. so two years after living out of this wonderful state, i had to come back.i never realized how wonderful a place montana is. Except the snow. Most of my free time i spend with my wonderful children and traveling around the state looking for more wonderful places to spend a weekend.

That is so scary! Boys will be boys! They think they are invinsible at that age. The road rash will remind him for awhile that he isn't a superhero!
